Natural performance

Designed for  intense efforts  to fill up on energy: the new  Baouw  energy gel  combines performance, naturalness and pleasure . 

Baouw Energy Gel is made from 100% organic ingredients  . The high fruit content provides you with  natural sugar without a blood sugar spike  , which pairs perfectly with  agave syrup .  Its  glycemic index is particularly low  : it is only  15.  Olive oil will  provide you with a source of lipids that can be used directly during exercise and will help to  smooth out your blood sugar levels . The ingredients in Baouw Energy Gel are made up of  essential vitamins and micronutrients , including calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium. 

It is also very practical thanks to its  compact and resealable bottle , easy to hold, which allows it to be  consumed in several doses .   Non-sticky and fluid , it is easily assimilated and will also avoid the pasty sensation in the mouth of a classic energy gel. 

You can consume  up to 2 per hour  to reach  60g of carbohydrates . It is more effective than a classic energy gel.   

Gels versus ultra-processed gels

Conventional energy gels are mostly composed of water and glucose syrup. Being highly processed, they have a high glycemic index and are not suitable for endurance sports.
